Pole Dancing for Fitness and Fun!

Pole Dancing classes are a great way to get in shape and keep in shape! Our classes feature high-energy dance moves around a pole that are fun, energised and exciting. Studio Verve was the first pole dancing studio to establish Pole Fitness, taking pole dancing away from its traditional connotations and turning it into an effective form of exercise. In fact, in 2004 we were the first studio to introduce pole dancing lessons to the mainstream fitness industry. We teach pole dancing purely for fitness and fun.

PoleFit is a fun, well-structured pole dancing for fitness program that focuses on safe practices and draws on techniques used in classical ballet, yoga and gymnastics.
