Being a part of the PoleFit® classes has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me. Originally only taking lessons for some fun with friends, six months later I'm addicted! The ever friendly Studio Verve team not only create a comfortable and very often hilarious environment but are also hugely encouraging no matter what level you're at. You also don't realise what an incredible workout it is ‘til the next morning.
