Bookings are available for Term 2. To avoid disappointment get in early as places are limited and our courses consistently sell out! Courses run for 2 months involving a one hour lesson per week and cost only $220; a price we've proudly maintained for 4 years!Class sizes are kept small ensuring each student receives maximum attention from their instructor. PoleFit® Core & Flexibility - 4 weeks - $100
Designed to increase strength, stability and flexibility. PoleFit® Core will improve your pole dancing skills and handstands with exercises that specifically targets muscles engaged when performing skills on the pole. PoleFit® Core can be taken as an 8 week or 4 week course involving one weekly lesson (4 week course cost $100).
NEXT COURSE DATE:
Sunday 14 March for 8 weeks or Sunday 11 April for 4 weeks, 3pm - 4pm
(this is not a pole dancing course).

Beginner's Samba Course - $200
Listen to sultry Samba beats and learn to shake it like a Brazilian Goddess in this 8 week course. Students will be led through basic foot movements moving forwards and backwards, side to side and in a circular motion, then a combination of arm and hip movements. To get the most out of this class wear loose and comfortable clothing. Sneakers are recommended footwear.

Think it's only for young twenty some things - think again. Student ages range from 15 years right through to ladies in their forties and fifties. Regular pole dancing classes will improve posture, tone and tighten muscles and increase core strength.

Pole dancing not only improves core strength (working from the inside out) but has a range of other benefits. As we age our bones become thinner and weaker. In some cases, a decrease in bone density can lead to osteoporosis. PoleFit® Mini Course - $120
Students will learn basic hand grips and spins with a focus on technique and correct muscle use.This four week intro course can be taken as a prep for our level one program however it is not a pre requisite for those considering enrolling into the eight week program.
