Our courses always book out so get in early and make sure you don't miss out!. Classes will resume week beginning 12 January. All PoleFit courses run for 8 weeks involving a one hour lesson per week and cost $220 (a price we've maintained for 3 years). This workshop will focus on correct technique and progressions on achieving a free balance handstand. Run by Anthony Khoury, an acrobatics coach at the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia. This has been a major milestone in our campaign to change people's stereotypes about pole dancing. Our partnership with Fitness First has played an important role in recognising pole dancing as a legitimate form of fitness. As part of the launch, Jen demonstrated her latest pole moves and had guests in awe at the athleticism and strength involved.
