Terms & Conditions

• Visa or Mastercard over the phone (please note credit card payments incur
  a 2.5% merchant service fee.
  
• Direct Deposit or EFT into our bank account. Please contact the studio on
  9281 9332 or email bookings@studioverve.com.au for bank details and to
  confirm availability in your preferred course.
• Cash payable at the studio during the following times
  Monday - Fridayday: 1pm to 9pm
  Saturday : 11pm to 4pm
  Sunday: CLOSED
• Cheques NOT ACCEPTED
  
  

Deposit

• Due to high demand and a limited number of students per course, a $50 non refundable/non transferrable deposit is required to secure a place.
  
• Until a deposit has been received, we reserve the right to offer the place to another student

Final Payment

• The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your course start date to secure a place.
• Failure to pay the balance by the said due date will result in forfeit of deposit.
• Bookings made inside the 2 week payment period require full payment to secure a place.
• Final payment is non refundable
  

Cancellation Policy

• Courses are 100% NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.
• Courses can be DEFFERED to the following semester ONLY with 7 days notice prior to your course commencement date.
• NO option to defer a course will be given if you cancel within 7 days or once your course has commenced for any reason.
  

Missed classes

• Due to high demand and limited places, make up/catch up pole classes are not guaranteed and only subject to availability however you can make up any missed pole class in any of the following mat classes: Stretch & Flex, Core & Conditioning and A.B.Solution. It is recommended students ensure they are available to attend all classes prior to enrolling in a course.
• Should students fail to attend a class, the class will be forfeited at the student's expense.
• Failure to attend an allocated make-up class without prior notice of at least 24 hours will result in the lesson being forfeited altogether.
  

Pole Parties

Deposit

• A $150 non refundable deposit is required to secure the event.
  

Final Payment

• The balance is due 1 WEEK prior to the event.
• Bookings made inside the 1 week payment period must be made in full to confirm the event.

Cancellation policy

• Deposits and final payments are non refundable.
• For cancellations OUTSIDE 7 DAYS no refund will be given however you can reschedule your event or we can issue a credit voucher valid for 3 months.
• For cancellations INSIDE 7 DAYS or NO SHOW on the night, NO REFUND or credit voucher will be given..

Taster classes

Payment

• Full payment at time of booking is required to secure a place.

Cancellation policy

• Taster classes are 100% NON REFUNDABLE
• 7 DAYS NOTICE is required if you are unable to attend your class and you wish to reschedule to an alternative date up to 1 month from original booking date.
•  Cancellations within 7 days or failing to attend your class will result in forfeiting the class.

Minimum numbers for courses and classes

• We require a minimum number of students for courses and classes to proceed. If minimum numbers have not been reached, course dates and class times are subject to change without notice.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash
• Class/Course must be undertaken on or before expiry date presented on the voucher.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. It's validity cannot be extended under any circumstance.
• It is the recipients responsibility to check the Studio Verve timetable and book in accordingly.
• It is the purchaser's repsonsiblilty to advise the recipient of term's and conditions applicable to a Studio Verve Gift Voucher.

Private Lessons

• Full payment to be made at time of booking and/or no later than 48 hours prior to your class.
• If you're unable to attend your lesson, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice.No refund will be given however we can issue a credit voucher valid for one month from original date of purchase.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule within specified time frame will result in your lesson and class fee being forfeited.
