Forms of payment accepted:
- Visa or Mastercard over the phone (please note credit card payments incur
a 2% merchant service fee.
- Direct Deposit or EFT into our bank account. Please contact the studio on
9281 9332 or email bookings@studioverve.com.au for bank details and to
confirm availability in your preferred course.
- Cash payable at the studio during the following times
Monday - Thursday: 5pm to 9pm
Saturday - Sunday: 12pm to 4pm
- Cheques NOT ACCEPTED
PoleFit® Courses
It is not advisable for pregnant women to participate in a pole dancing program. Should you have a pre existing medical condition or in doubt as to your suitability for this program, we recommend you consult your physician for medical clearance.
Deposit
- Due to high demand and a limited number of students per course, a $50 non refundable/non transferrable deposit is required to secure a place.
- Until a deposit has been received, we reserve the right to offer the place to another student
Final Payment
- The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your course start date to secure a place.
- Failure to pay the balance by the said due date will result in forfeit of deposit.
- Bookings made inside the 2 week payment period must make full payment to secure a place.
Cancellation Policy
- Courses are 100% NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.
- Courses can be DEFFERED to the following semester ONLY with 7 days notice prior to your course commencement date.
- NO option to defer a course will be given if you cancel within 7 days or once your course has commenced for any reason.
Missed classes
- Due to high demand and limited places, make up/catch up classes are not permitted. It is recommended students ensure they are available to attend all classes prior to enrolling in a course.
- Should students fail to attend a class, the class will be forfeited at the student's expense.
- Casual lessons are available for $30 in classes that have not reached their maximum class size of 10 students.

Deposit
- A $150 non refundable deposit is required to secure the event.
Final Payment
- The balance is due 2 WEEKS prior to the event.
- Bookings made inside the 2 week payment period must be made in full to confirm the event.
Cancellation policy
- Deposits and final payments are non refundable.
- For cancellations OUTSIDE 7 DAYS no refund will be given however you can reschedule your event or we can issue a credit voucher valid for 3 months.
- For cancellations INSIDE 7 DAYS or NO SHOW on the night, NO REFUND or credit voucher will be given..
Taster
classes
Payment
- Full payment at time of booking is required to secure a place.
Cancellation policy
- Taster classes are 100% NON REFUNDABLE
- 7 DAYS NOTICE is required if you are unable to attend your class and you wish to reschedule to an alternative date up to 1 month from original booking date.
- Cancellations within 7 days or failing to attend your class will result in forfeiting the class.
Minimum numbers for courses and classes
- We require a minimum number of students for courses and classes to proceed. If minimum numbers have not been reached, course dates and class times are subject to change without notice.
