Emily Boughton - Instructor
Emily’s innate enthusiasm for dance and performance emerged at the age of 4 when she secured the starring role in her very first musical. Since then, throughout her school years, Emily studied jazz dance and performed across NSW as part of the Rock Eisteddfod Challenge. Emily also studied drama and performance at Newcastle University and has acted in several films, two of which were finalists in national film festivals. After graduating Newcastle University with a degree in Communication and Media, Emily moved to Sydney, where she now works as programmer for Foxtel's Arena TV and lives her passion for Australian television and film. Emily’s love of dance and performance was rekindled when she attended her first Studio Verve PoleFit® class in 2007, where she fell in love with Studio Verve’s fusion of pole skills and traditional dance. Now, Emily is passionate about promoting confidence, fitness and a healthy body image for all women, regardless of shape, age or experience and hopes she can pass on her positive experience at Studio Verve to all her students
