Our PoleFit® Men’s program is rapidly gaining a reputation for its solid technical foundations and will progress you safely to achieving the more elite pole skills such as the highly prized "Human Flag!" Curious but not quite ready to commit to a 4 or 8 week course? Our Pole Dancing Taster, designed for the absolute beginner is a great introduction to the PoleFit® beginner's program (level 1) or simply a fun, one off dance class with a difference. This introductory Pole Dancing program is a great lead in course to our Beginner's PoleFit® level 1 program. In as little as 4 weeks students can experience the physical benefits gained through regular pole dancing classes! This course covers basic hand grips, spins and conditioning, wrapping up nicely with a mini routine.

Stretched for time? Why not try A.B.S.olution – a Bootcamp designed to lengthen your muscles and strengthen your body. Combining the very best from our Core & Conditioning and Stretch & Flex courses this class will focus on those stubborn areas; tummies and butts. Develop your body awareness and increase muscle control with our Core stability work • Improve your flexibility and add the WOW factor to your pole skills with the Stretch session. Two workouts in half the time! Equivalent to Zumba and Body Pump, we're delighted to bring you this unique course exclusive to Studio Verve. Lose fat fast, tone those thighs and firm that butt whilst learning simple Brazilian and African dance steps around the pole. Condition and strengthen your arms and abs with basic twirls on the pole. This jam packed one hour full of fun class will melt those calories away and have you feeling like a Goddess in time for bikini season. Starts Monday 13 February , 7:15pm ( Suitable for levels 1+ )

Designed to increase strength and stability; this course will enhance your pole dance training with specific exercises that can be practised just about anywhere! This course can be taken as a 4 or 8 week program and involves a one hour lesson per week.

Designed to develop your flexibility; this course will teach you specific stretching techniques which will improve your overall flexibility so your pole skills can have that extra WOW factor!
